The Agreement

By using our website or products, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Reach out through our Connect form. We'd rather have an honest conversation than bury disagreements in fine print.

What We Provide

Somewhere Inc. builds patent-pending, edge-first data infrastructure. Our MemorySuite™ products, including MemoryIntelligence™, SpaceAgent™, and MemorySpace™, are designed to give you meaningful control over your data.

We're in pre-launch. Some products are available through our waitlist. We'll always be upfront about what's live and what's coming.

Your Data, Your Rules

We do not claim ownership of any data you process through our products. Your inputs, outputs, enriched data, and data receipts belong to you. You can export everything. You can delete everything. You can take it all to a competitor. We're confident enough in what we've built that we don't need to lock you in.

We don't train our models on your data. We don't use your processed information to improve our products without your explicit consent. We don't have a "by using this service you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable license" clause buried in paragraph 47. If you ever see one, it means someone else wrote this page.

Acceptable Use

Use our products for good. Don't use them to harm people, violate laws, or undermine the trust-based infrastructure we're building for everyone. Specifically:

• Don't reverse engineer our patent-pending systems
• Don't use our infrastructure to process data you don't have rights to
• Don't misrepresent the provenance of data receipts
• Don't overwhelm our systems with automated abuse

Intellectual Property

Our technology, brand, and patent-pending systems are ours. Your data is yours. The line is clean and we intend to keep it that way. The somewhere. name, MemorySuite™, MemoryIntelligence™, SpaceAgent™, and MemorySpace™ are trademarks of Somewhere Inc.

Limitation of Liability

We're a startup building something new. While we test rigorously and stand behind our work, our products are provided "as is" during this pre-launch period. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

That said, if something breaks, tell us. We fix things. That's not a legal obligation; it's how we operate.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our products evolve. When we do, we'll notify you directly, not bury a "we updated our terms" banner in a cookie popup you'll dismiss without reading. Material changes get real communication.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith first, because that's cheaper, faster, and more honest than lawyers.
