Finally, show your work.

For you, for your client, and especially for AI.

MemoryIntelligence™ keeps the record your tools never could.

What you let the model see
  • ProjectContract renewal
  • Clientwithheld
  • StageIn negotiation
  • ValueRange 3 of 5
  • Blocked byLegal review
  • OwnerAssigned
  • DueThis quarter

You can read every word of it. The model gets only what you decide it should.

The whole thing, in eight words

What happened. What is happening. Where it came from.

No tool you own can answer all three. MI™ does, from one record.

Positioning

The continuity layer, not another tool on top.

MemoryIntelligence™ connects human and AI work into one permissioned, auditable record of what happened.

  • Another screen recorder.
  • Another project database.
  • Another AI chatbot.
  • Another memory layer for your model.
CaptureActions, not only files, screens and prompts.
ConnectIntent, execution, outcome and evidence.
ControlWhich truth each person and each AI is allowed to receive.
ExpressDashboards, AI context, audits and lineage.
The one we get mistaken for

This is not memory for your chatbot.

There is a whole category of tools that help a model remember you between conversations, so the assistant stops asking who you are. They are useful. This is not one of them.

MI™ keeps a record of what people and AI actually did. It exists whether or not a model is involved, it belongs to you rather than to an assistant, and it still works with every model switched off.

One makes an assistant feel familiar. The other lets you show somebody what happened.

The problem

Every tool you use sees a slice.

A single ring broken into eight separate arcs with gaps between them. One arc is filled, the other seven are not.
One day of work. Eight tools. You are looking at one of them.
  • SlackHas the conversation. Not what ever came of it.
  • GitHubHas the commits. Not the decision that caused them.
  • GmailHas the thread. Not whether anyone acted on it.
  • NotionHas the document. Not which version was true in March.
  • FigmaHas the file. Not why it changed.
  • Linear & JiraHave the ticket. Not the context around it.
  • Google CalendarHas that you met.Not a word of what you decided.
  • Your AIHas the prompt. Not the eighteen months before it.

Plus anything else you hand it, straight from a folder you choose. Drag and drop, no connector required.

Not one of them keeps the thread that runs through every one of them. That thread is our product.

Why none of them will fix it
Four walled enclosures side by side, each holding its own fragments and none of them joined. A single unbroken thread runs underneath all four.
Four walls. One thread underneath.

Not because they are bad software. Because it is not their job. Slack is paid to make Slack better. Notion is paid to make Notion better. Neither has any reason to hand your thread to the other.

MI™ has no tool to defend and no format to lock you into, which is exactly why it can sit underneath all of them.

The record leaves with you, in a form that still works without us.

  • Agnostic
  • Independent
  • Yours
One night of work drawn as a single thread passing through six sealed records, the last of which is the moment a model was first asked for anything. 11:04 PM 11:52 PM 1:18 AM 2:40 AM 4:07 AM 6:12 AM
11:04 PM to 6:12 AM. Six records. The model arrives at the end.
What it does

Three capabilities. One record underneath.

01

Governed Context

Decide exactly what each person and each AI is allowed to see, before they see it. Not a policy document somebody signed. A gate that runs.

02

AI Audit

Every read and every action an agent takes, recorded against the records it drew on. "What did the AI see and what did it do?" stops being a research project.

03

Live Work

The real state of the work, assembled from the work itself, so the status you are looking at is the status that exists.

Live work

Your dashboard, maintained by nobody.

No really. It is a dashboard. It is just the one you always wanted, without anybody having to work for it.

Once the capture controls are set, MemoryIntelligence™ does the rest. It queries fields, calculates state, applies your permissions and renders the view. Nothing is generated, nothing is guessed, and nothing drifts overnight.

AI is optional here, which is kind of the point. When you do bring a model in, MI™ decides what it gets to see and keeps a record of what it did with it.

Pull the thread.

Who asked. What changed. What it was based on. Where it ended up. Follow it backwards any time you want.

  6. 6:12 amYou ask AI to write it up

The model vendor signs the 6:12 file. That signature says a model produced it. It says nothing about the seven hours before it.

Sealed seven hours and eight minutes before the model was asked anything. That ordering is the part a vendor signature cannot give you.

When somebody does ask you to show it, the thread is already there.

Use AI without surrendering control.

The old promise was that your data would never touch a model. That was never going to survive contact with how people actually work, and everybody making it knew that.

The better promise is smaller and it is keepable. A model should not get everything just because it asked. MI™ decides what it receives, hands over the minimum useful truth, and keeps the record of what it did next.

The short version

AI shouldn't have all of it.

You set the capture controls.

And MI™ never quietly turns a guess into a fact. Anything inferred is labelled as inferred, every time.

The first thirty days

One project. Thirty days. A different team.

Not a transformation. Not a six month implementation. One project for one month, and by the end of it the difference is obvious to everybody working on it.

  1. Day 1 Connect one project and set the controls One channel, one folder, one date range. Nothing granted to a model yet Setup
  2. Week 1 The record starts building itself No status meeting, no weekly write-up, nobody chasing anybody for an update Running
  3. Week 2 Ask it something you could not ask before Which version was live in March. Who approved it. What changed after Using
  4. Day 30 Show somebody outside the team They check it without asking you, and without taking your word for it Evidence
